Founder & Principal
Erikka Hargrett is the Founder and Principal of Hargrett & Co. Advisory. She brings more than 15 years of experience across financial services and corporate environments, with a multidisciplinary professional and academic background spanning business management, strategy, governance, organizational controls, operations, technology, information systems, business advisory, and organizational decision-making.
Her interdisciplinary perspective informs an advisory approach that considers business challenges through strategic, operational, organizational, governance, and technological lenses. She completed undergraduate study in Management, graduate legal education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with a focus in Employment Law, and a Master's degree in Information Systems through Nova Southeastern University's College of Engineering and Computing. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration.
